Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and usually leave the warehouse within [1–2] business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking also appears in My Account.

Returns

If you are not completely happy, contact us within [30] days of delivery at info@imperialessences.com with your order number. [Unopened items can be returned for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, opened sprays can be returned only if damaged or defective.] We will send return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive the return. [Original shipping costs are non-refundable.]

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and your order number within [7] days and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
